ig design runs in our blood. We invented the router based jig and pioneered every major breakthrough in jig design for the AR platform. When it came to designing a jig for the GST-9, we drew on this experience to significantly improve upon the existing polymer jig designs. We found that one of the most common complaints about existing polymer pistol frames centered around issues with the jigs. They tend to be flimsy, they are not held together securely, and the drill guides are too short and weak, which results in many people accidentally ruining their lowers.

To solve this, we decided not to just engineer a better jig, but to over-engineer the hell out of it. Our drill guides are designed to provide significantly more support for a drill bit than any other pistol jig on the market today. We used a glass filled polymer compound which is 3x stronger than other polymer jigs on the market, meaning you’ll never have a drill bit walk, or a flexing jig move your alignment. Instead of a simple clasp mechanism, we include five steel bolts to keep everything tight and in exactly the right place.
